Cancellation of the 2020 Preparedness Coalition Symposium
It is with deep regret and sadness that we must cancel the 12th Annual Preparedness Coalition Symposium, due to the continued rise in COVID 19 cases in Texas and the Governor’s EO banning gatherings of over 100 people. The safety of all of us must always come first. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to meeting with you next year. Refunds are being issued for hotel rooms and registrations that have already been booked. For questions, please contact roxie.ward@setrac.org.
The symposium is an opportunity for national collaboration, sharing of information, best practices, and new innovations. The Preparedness Coalition Symposium promotes resiliency in the healthcare community. The coalition symposium is a two and a half day event that will feature esteemed guest speakers and panel discussions. This year’s topics include healthcare, public health, EMS, public safety, trauma, and emergency management.
