Our Mission
The Emergency Medical Services committee is made up of representatives from the top 911 and non-911 Emergency Medical Service ground and air medical transport providers from the 9 county region. Fostering collaboration between stakeholders to jointly work together on improving patient treatments, provider education, EMS transport coordination and Systems Quality Improvement (SQI).
Meeting Schedule
The Emergency Medical Services Committee will meet every other month on odd months (Sept, Nov, Jan, Mar, May, Jul). All meetings will be held virtually unless otherwise announced.

Membership Requirements
Participation for EMS Committee
In order for a member to be listed in good standing each EMS provider must meet the SETRAC participation requirements. The member EMS agency must:
- Attend 6 meetings a year (During the fiscal year between September 1st – August 31st)
- 3 must be EMS SQI meetings
- 3 can be of the following categories: SETRAC Board meetings, RHPC Corridor meetings, Clinical meetings (Stroke, Cardiac, or Trauma).
- One person cannot represent multiple EMS agencies.
- Be current on yearly membership dues.
