Healthcare Coalition Response Leadership Course SETRAC recently sent 5 members of the East Corridor to Anniston, AL to participate in the Healthcare Coalition Response Leadership Course. The Healthcare Coalition Response Leadership Course (HCRL) is based on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Healthcare System and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Preparedness Capabilities, as well as best-practice procedures for healthcare-coalition building, preparedness, response, and recovery. The three-day course provides instruction and facilitated discussion in best practices and lessons learned in establishing an effective healthcare-coalition framework and conducting healthcare-coalition planning, as well as and achieving preparedness.
